1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 business days of being placed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days — we will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia: 10–15 business days
  • Rest of the World: 15–19 business days

Delivery times begin from the date your order is shipped, not the date it is placed, and are estimates only. Delays caused by customs processing, local courier delays, weather, or other events outside our control may affect these timeframes.

3. Shipping Fees

  • A flat shipping fee of $4.99 applies to all orders.
  • Free shipping is automatically applied when you purchase 2 or more items in a single order.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey to you.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, please note that your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately at support@luxurydesignercases.shop and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.

7. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@luxurydesignercases.shop with your order number so we can investigate with the shipping carrier.
